Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with AMZ Store Pro, and we also have to protect downloadable software delivered with a license key.

14-day consideration

If the Software does not install and run on standard PHP 8.0+ / MySQL shared hosting and we cannot help you get it working, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

What is not refundable

Because the Software and its source code are delivered immediately and can be copied, we cannot offer refunds simply because you changed your mind after downloading, because you did not obtain the required third-party API keys, or because a third party (Amazon, Google, Pinterest, Meta) declined or changed your account. No refund is available where the license has been used on a live site for an extended period or where we find evidence of redistribution of the code.

Third-party costs

Amounts you pay to your host, Canopy or Google are paid to those companies, not to us, and are not part of any refund from us.

How to request

Email support@ceoneuro.com from the address used at purchase, with your license key and a short description of the problem. We try to make it right first; if we cannot, we refund per this policy.
